IDEYAS (Integrated Diversity Education Youth Adults Services) Training Academy of Pennsylvania is aware that facilitating and training is like a farmer's garden. Farmers depend on plants growing under the support they provide. All farmers and gardeners know, they can’t make any plant grow if they don’t care for the soil, tend to the roots, or prune properly, otherwise, their plants will not flourish.

 

We at IDEYAS Training Academy don’t make the plant grow - what we do is provide the right conditions for growth- just like any farmer or gardener. IDEYAS Training Academy is a progressive agency, with lived-experience trainers, who understand that true learning is engaging the human mind experiences and exploring individual imaginations. Our model is a simple one: “We do trainings differently.”  We move beyond conducting training-- what we provide is an experience, the primary goal at IDEYAS Training Academy. We provide experienced learning for Certified Peer Specialist as well as Behavioral Health/Mental Health organizations.
